Habilitação: educação pré-escolar - aspectos de sua criação e implantação na UFSC

A habilitação Educação Pré-Escolar foi implantada na Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina no primeiro semestre de 1980. A criação deste curso resultou de pesquisa realizada por um grupo de trabalho, cujos dados demonstraram a premente necessidade deste profissional. O presente artigo apresenta detalhadamente as etapas de projeto, criação e implantação da referida habilitação, destacando as ocorrências mais significativas de sua implementação até a conclusão do curso pela primeira turma de alunos.
