In this work we bring the technologies that the students of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology consider important to enhance the learning of Mathematics. We organized the answers, obtained through questionnaires, using the Discourse of the Collective Subject and analyzed them with the contribution of the Biology of Knowing. We have identified that students consider it important that there are places to talk about Mathematics, their teachers and colleagues. These places where concrete materials and software are made available and that this place of coexistence can also be replicated in a digital environment. Including the student's perception of what they understand as important to their learning process is a first step in trying to overcome the difficulties inherent in the process of educating.
