The present article develops a theoretical analysis of the contribution of Hans Kelsen in the field of Juridical Hermeneutics, emphasizing rupture and continuity with the traditional doctrine of interpretation. It also seeks to inquire about the internal logical coherence between the Kelsenian Theory of Interpretation and the epistemological suppositions of his Pure Theory of Law. Finally, it intends to identify theoretical conditions for critical hermeneutics.Downloads
