A Tradução da ironia.

A autora propõe primeiramente uma definição da ironia, depoisexpõe os elementos que permitem a percepção da ironia e uma classificaçãopor tipos. Ela apresenta a seguir os fatores que tornam fácil ouimpossível a tradução dessa figura de estilo. Enfim, a autora, propõe umanova abordagem para o estudo da tradução da ironia: o desenvolvimentode um método descritivo de pesquisa que permite desvendar as estratégiastradutórias adotadas em diferentes traduções.
