Abstract

The work discusses and presentation some models existing in literature who debates the process of implantation of news technologies to according focus individual and organizational, from then, search the consolidation of one model. This consolidation is searching across of principles socio-technical, in what, the organization is view since entirety of individuals and group’s envolving in frequents and intenses relations internals and externals, the whats to need being in consideration in any process of change. The article reinforces the necessity of estrategies of implantation of news tehnologies in organizations to consider aspects socio-behaviours since condition basic to success this process of change.

Gesinaldo Ataíde Candido, UFCG - Campina Grande - PB

Possui graduação em Administração pela Universidade Federal da Paraíba (1989), mestrado em Administração pela Universidade Federal da Paraíba (1995) e doutorado em Engenharia de Produção pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (2001). Professor Titular em Administração Geral da UFCG (2005), atuando no cursos de graduação em Administração e junto ao Programa de Pós-graduação em Recursos Naturais. Atua também como professor permanente junto ao programa de pós-graduação em Engenaharia de Produção e como professor colaborador no Programa de Pós-graduação em Adminsitração da UFPB. Líder do GEGIT (Grupo de Estudos em Gestão, Inovação e Tecnologia), cadastrado no diretório de grupos de pesquisa CNPq. Avaliador de vários periódicos científicos e referee em vários eventos científicos. Avaliador Institucional e de Cursos Junto ao MEC/INEP/SINAES. É autor de vários artigos publicados em periódicos e apresentados em eventos. Atualmente coordena dois projetos de pesquisa financiados pelo CNPq, dentro do edital Universal e de Apoio Técnico. Seus atuais temas e áreas de interesse, envolvem: Competitividade Sistêmica e Desenvolvimento Local, Capital Social, Sustentabilidade, Gestão de Recursos Naturais.
