Capacidades institucionais que dotam a agência individual e coletiva para a mudança institucional (Revisitando Selznick)

Resumo

A corrente sociológica do neoinstitucionalismo organizacional incorporou diversas abordagens de análise para compreender as instituições, que apresentam perspectivas tanto macrossociológicas quanto  microssociológicas. Na perpectiva macro, a ação dos atores sociais é definida pelas instituições e, na perspectiva miro, há uma ênfase na ação dos atores sociais na dinamica institucional. Esse estudo conduz uma revisão crítica da literatura do velho institucionalismo organizacional, focando o constructo capacidade institucional proposto por Selznick e, desenvolve uma analise comparativa entre essas capacidades e as identificadas no neoinstitucionalismo organizacional e suas derivações teóricas. A partir dessa análise é possível sintetizar uma alternativa para o estudo da mudança institucional, i.e., re-institucionalização, com base nas capacidades institucionais, as quais se configuram nos níveis individual e coletivo, e dotam o agência do ator social para a mudança institucional.

Pesquisadora na linha de pesquisa Recursos e Desenvolvimento Empresarial (estratégia). Membro do corpo editorial da Brazilian Business Review - BBR- classificada pela CAPES no estrato A2 na área de Administração, Ciências Contábeis e Turismo, indexada pela SCOPUS, SPELL e Web of Science Base_SciELO_Brazil (2015 até a presente data). Membro do Grupo de Pesquisa em Gestão da Capacidade Dinâmica das Organizações - GCD - que foca a capacidade de adaptação e mudança das organizações frente a demandas internas e externas (2016 até a presente data). Avaliadora ah-hoc do SemeAd da FEA-USP (2017-2018) e ANPAD (2019). Bacharel em Administração de Empresas (Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie - conclusão 2004), Especialista em Logística Empresarial (Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie - conclusão 2009), Mestre em Administração de Empresas (Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie - conclusão 2011), Doutora em Administração de Empresas (Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie - conclusão 2015) e Pós-Doutora em Administração de Empresas (Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie - conclusão 2019) Foi bolsista pela CAPES e CNPQ para os cursos de mestrado, doutorado e pós-doutorado. Os principais temas de pesquisa estão relacionados, a saber: administração estratégica; ambiente competitivo e institucional; instituições regulatórias, instituições informais e a agência organizacional; capacidade dinâmica e tomada de decisão estratégica.
