ART, MADNESS AND COLLECTIVE HEALTH STRATEGIES FOR THE PRODUCTION OF HEALTH CARE AND TRAINING

Abstract

This text maps the institutional and emotional assemblages produced in training and care production meetings in the pandemic scenario of COVID-19. It is an experience narrative of the events of the course “Art, madness and Collective Health”, promoted by NN [eliminado para efeitos da revisão por pares], between August and September 2020. A collective of 50 people from different Brazilian regions and states, represented by university institutions and health services. It was observed that the use of art and the promotion of meetings as devices for the production of knowledge are imperative; the modern notion of madness needs to be deconstructed so that other forms of care are possible; how borders between health and art need to be blurred; education nowadays requires intensity of bodies; and it is essential to promote spaces for listening, dialogue and the production of affection.
