Abstract

The space and time of physical education in children education is a topic that raises many tensions, especially with regard to their specificity. So, we bring to the discussion such issues as the contents of physical education in children education, considering the historical moment that we are living in the Brazilian education. For this purpose, our discussion involves the scientific production of the physical education field and the reality of the pedagogical practice teaching in children education at the network education of Florianópolis, SC.
