A influência do tipo de jogo online, interações e fatores de risco para cyberbullying em adolescentes

Resumo

Este estudo investigou o uso da internet, preferências por jogos eletrônicos e o envolvimento com o cyberbullying entre adolescentes, considerando as diferenças entre os sexos. Os dados foram coletados com 37 estudantes do terceiro ano do ensino médio de uma escola pública em Minas Gerais, Brasil. Os principais temas abordados incluíram tempo online, estilo de jogo, interações virtuais e experiências com cyberbullying. Os resultados mostraram que 91,9% não foram vítimas, embora 59,5% já tivessem presenciado essas situações. As meninas relataram menos vitimização direta e maior impacto emocional. Ambos os sexos reconheceram comportamentos agressivos online, como linguagem ofensiva e exclusão intencional. As causas mais citadas foram anonimato, competitividade e falta de monitoramento. As estratégias de prevenção sugeridas incluíram educação, campanhas de conscientização, penalidades mais severas e ferramentas de moderação. Os achados destacam a importância de políticas e intervenções psicossociais voltadas à redução do cyberbullying entre jovens.
