This paper aims to discuss the relationship between human
movement and perception, and its implications for a dialogical concept of Pedagogy. With that in mind, it introduces some authors that from the standpoint of Biology developed their conceptions of human movement as a critique of those of
traditional Mechanics. Lastly, it debates the premises and development of a human movement conception, taking into account the contributions of Phenomenology and valuing the
mutual determination between substantial and relational images of human movement.
