Abstract

I understand it is very important to go over this issue, today since it's core of productions, object of study didactics and the axis of work of teachers, teachers' trainers, researchers and specialists in this particular field.
What do I mean when I say "going over"this issue? Reform's processes in educational systems all over the world -being our country no exception- have emphasized the analysis and therefore development of topics related to the administration of institutions and curriculum design. Such topics have been considered the nucleus which motorize changes, leaving aside every day practices specially those which refer to classroom, therefore, forgetting teaching. From this point of view, I have chosen focusing this analysis on four conceptual items which may contribute to debate thequestion: 1) Regarding the object: teaching practice / teacher's work ; their relations. 2) The place of methodology. Relation form/content and its basic importance in teaching processes. 3) Capturing complexity of these practices. The necessity of new registers. 4)
Debating reflexibility towards professionalisation of teacher's work.
