This text at the first moment, searchs for approaching to
questions with relation to the educational crisis of the capitalist society more and more representative in the socialleaming processo The hierarchy of the authority, social division of work, the exercise of the authority and unequality of incomes happen because ofthe functions and task practicited at schools and universities are propitious forthe appearance and sufocation of liberty that conduct the conflictuality. From the contingency of the actual crisis of the educational model and pedagogical of the capitalism, on a second moment, the text searchs for state some of the potentialities of the libertary education while integral education, selfmanagemental and, finally, with one universal vision.
