Abstract

This text tries to reflete aOOut to my own experience as a teacher in a University Insttitution, stating howthe pedagogicals relations, which are established in the university itself, occur in terms of knowledge, power and construction of subjetctivity, that is, how the pedagogical discourses and the institucional disciplinary norms, which dictate the truths and corrective kno wledge to the individual, happen, in terms of normalization. And as a consequence the subjectivities are formed, this way, standards of behavlor, which tum the different into the deficient, are established.

Raquel Stela de Sá, Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina (UNISUL), Florianópolis

Graduação em Educação Física pela Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina (1975), Mestrado em Educação (1992) e Doutorado em Engenharia de Produção (2002) pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. É professora da Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina.
