This text tries to reflete aOOut to my own experience as a teacher in a University Insttitution, stating howthe pedagogicals relations, which are established in the university itself, occur in terms of knowledge, power and construction of subjetctivity, that is, how the pedagogical discourses and the institucional disciplinary norms, which dictate the truths and corrective kno wledge to the individual, happen, in terms of normalization. And as a consequence the subjectivities are formed, this way, standards of behavlor, which tum the different into the deficient, are established.
