Lecto-escrita em situação bilíngüe. Aspectos sócio-lingüísticos da fronteira Uruguaio-Brasileira: Tranqueras-Rivera-Livramento

Este breve trabalho apresenta as conclusões de um subprojeto do PEMED/19 (Projeto de Educação Especial Multilnacional: Brasil-Paraguai-Uruguai, OEA/OAS), especialmente orientado para o estudo dos problemas da lecto-escrita na fronteira entre o Brasil e o Uruguai. Nosso interesse é demonstrar a influência da mídia visual brasileira nas crianças que moram em Rivera e Tranqueras. Os resultados finais confirmam nossas hipóteses no sentido de que existe uma influência nestas crianças vinda das revistas em quadrinhos brasileiras e dos materiais impressos. favoráveis a sua lecto-escrita em português.
