Pedagogical-political project as an instrument of autonomy at the municipal

This study aims to describe and analyze the political pedagogical projects (PPP) of five municipalities in Rio Grande do Sul chosen from a sample of 22. The PPP were examined in its written expression, a documental form, and in this process it was possible to identify six categories: temporality/ historicity, authorship, diagnostic, evaluation, end/objectives and democratization/ participation. At the end, the article concludes that the PPP studied were not instrumental for the construction and orientation of the pedagogical practice. Among the five PPP studied only two presented innovate proposals.
