Conocimiento del trabajo de los agentes aeroportuarios a la luz de la noción del Knowing-in-Practice

Resumen

La asociación del conocimiento en el trabajo únicamente con la educación formal proporciona una jerarquía de conocimiento. Para valorar los diversos conocimientos que involucran el trabajo, el estudio buscó analizar la configuración del trabajo y la articulación de conocimientos de los agentes aeroportuarios a la luz de la noción de saber en la práctica. El método se construyó con base en técnicas etnográficas, como la observación participante, entrevistas informales e investigación de archivos. La comprensión de los conocimientos fue proporcionada por las observaciones de campo al prestar atención al cuerpo de conocimientos requerido en el trabajo; la exigencia de cualificación en su ejercicio; y su papel en la inserción de nuevos agentes en acción. Las informaciones recogidas muestran que las prácticas de trabajo, aunque fuertemente reguladas y estandarizadas, pueden ser modificadas sucesivamente y, a partir de ello, se constituyen nuevos conocimientos y prácticas basados ??en un juicio ético, estético y emocional, insertados en el contexto del trabajo situado.
