Tolerancia al Riesgo y Características Sociodemográficas en la Toma de Decisiones en Inversiones Financieras

Esta investigación investiga cómo las características sociodemográficas de los propietarios de tierras impactan la tolerancia al riesgo financiero de los individuos. Se realizó una encuesta de campo con estudiantes de posgrado Lato Sensu de diferentes IES públicas y privadas del Estado de Paraná. El método utilizado fue el no probabilístico para una muestra de 372 casos a través de un cuestionario. La validación de la escala de tolerancia al riesgo financiero de Droms y Straus (2003) se realizó mediante la técnica CFA (Análisis Factorial Confirmatorio) y el procesamiento de los datos se realizó mediante la técnica de análisis de regresión múltiple con corrección de heteroscedasticidad. Los resultados muestran consistentemente el impacto de las variables sociodemográficas en el constructo tolerancia al riesgo, a saber: género, estado civil, raza, ingresos y educación, sin embargo, el grupo de edad no se relacionó estadísticamente debido a la juventud de la muestra recolectada.
