Verdades establecidas en la trayectoria profesional: un análisis de las prácticas discursivas del yo de los profesionales de la innovación

Resumen

Objetivos: Basado en la teoría foucaultiana, este estudio analiza como las trayectorias de carrera de los profesionales de la innovación revelan prácticas discursivas del yo.

Metodología: Se realizaron catorce entrevistas narrativas a profesionales de la economía creativa y de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación de diferentes localidades de Brasil escudriñado a través de la Análisis Foucaultiana del Discurso.

Originalidad/Relevancia: La investigación se basa en el entendimiento de que los procesos de subjetivación son evidentes en la trayectoria laboral de los profesionales de la innovación, asumiendo que las verdades del sujeto están vinculadas, en cierta medida, a las verdades de la actividad profesional y se puede acceder a ellas a través de las producciones discursivas de los profesionales.

Resultados principales: Los resultados revelan dos formaciones discursivas: la aleturgía profesional y el amor profesional. La primera explora el proceso de subjetivización marcado por la adopción de verdades de carrera por parte del profesional, elucidando un movimiento de captura y alineamiento entre verdades de carrera y verdades de sujeto. El amor profesional, por

 

su parte, pone de relieve un vínculo económico y afectivo y un régimen de prácticas para una "bella" ejecución de la profesión.

Contribuciones teóricas/metodológicos: La investigación hace una contribución a la comprensión de las carreras a partir de las narrativas y trayectorias profesionales, proponiendo una perspectiva basada em prácticas de subjetivación.

Contribuciones sociales/gerenciales: El estudio destaca procesos de subjetivación que permiten comprender cambios en el perfil del tipo de profesional investigado.
