Abstract

This article presents an evaluation of a prototype on Kinematic experiment that can be controlled remotely via internet. We used PIC microcontroller family, aiming to control the speed of toy little cars. The aim was to investigate the possibility of building a Physics Teaching Lab totally controlled remotely in order to supportinitial training courses and continued teacher education taught at a distance. The evaluation of the prototype was performed by fifteen students in a classroom of Physics Undergraduation Course, under the discipline of Instrumentation for Physics Teaching. The results indicate the feasibility of using this resource.
