Analysis of practices and education: three experiences with professors in Argentine universities

This article addresses the education of university professors’ considering the reflexive processes of the educational
practices and emphasizing the peculiarity that defines this profession. It analyzes three programs organized in
public Argentine institutions. The analysis of the processes within university classrooms shows this micro space of articulation between subjective and social aspects to be a privileged place
that manifests the trends underway in the institution in relation to its possibility to change. The education reveals this institutional dynamic and the tensions that are generated regarding power.
