The objective of thís article is to analyze and prepare theoretical-methodological presumptions for educational projects aimed at the affirmation and autonomy of individuais involved in associated labor experientes. Its framework is the struggle for labor and a society in which the principal of selfmanagement is a fundamental pillar.The paper analyzes the potential for an ergological approach to work and to the theoretical perspective known as a bíographical thematic approach (life stories to support project development).
