Author Biographies

Joaquim Martins Cancela Júnior, Universidade Federal do Pará

Graduado pela Universidade Federal do Pará em Letras, com dupla habilitação em Línguas Portuguesa e Inglesa. Possui também mestrado em Letras, pela mesma instituição, com ênfase em Literatura e doutorado em Estudos da Tradução (DINTER-UFSC/UFPA). Trabalhou como professor substituto de Língua Inglesa no Campus de Soure da UFPA e como professor de Língua Inglesa na prefeitura de Santa Izabel do Pará. Também atuou como professor de Literatura pela Escola Superior da Amazônia, ESAMAZ. Atualmente é professor efetivo de Língua e Literatura Anglófonas da UFPA, campus de Soure.

Lilian Cristina Barata Pereira Nascimento, Universidade Federal do Pará

Possui graduação em PEDAGOGIA e em LETRAS PORTUGUÊS / ESPANHOL. Doutorado em ESTUDOS DA TRADUÇÃO - PGET / UFSC. Tem experiência na área de Literatura e Tradução da Amazônia hispanófona. Atualmente é docente do Instituto de Educação Matemática e Científica - IEMCI / UFPA. Coordena o Projeto de Pesquisa LETRA - Laboratório de Estudos da Tradução. Membro dos Grupos de Pesquisa: HISTÓRIA DA TRADUÇÃO (UFSC); ALEA- Laboratório de Associação da Linguística, Educação e Antropologia em Estudos do Contato de Línguas, Dialetos e Grupos Sociais na Europa, África e Américas (UnB); ARQUIPELAGO - Literatura Latino-Americana dos Séculos 20 e 21 (UFSCAR); e LETRADUSO - Laboratório de Estudos da Tradução de Soure.
