This study proposes to make available a version of Boiral and Paillé's (2012) Organizational Citizenship Behaviour for the Environment Scale, to be applied in the brazilian context. In order to achieve this objective, was used in Step I, for translation and cross-cultural adaptation, the protocol of Guillemin, Bombardier and Beaton (1993) and Beaton et al. (2000), considering the following stages: Initial translation and synthesis; Back-translation; Review by expert committee; and Pretest. In Step II, the instrument, generated in Step I, was applied to a sample of 926 employees of a service provider company, for a subsequent Confirmatory Factor Analysis. The results indicated that the brazilian version of this scale has adequate validity and reliability indices, and can be used in future studies of Administration and related areas, expanding the production of scientific knowledge on this significant, recent and emerging theme.
