Abstract

This study of the descriptive type aimed to analyze the functioning of Collaborating Teams(ECs), showing the possibilities and limits of the monitoring teaching and administrativestaff. We used questionnaires to 75 members of the Programa Segundo Tempo, whichwere analyzed using simple statistical analysis and content. According to respondents,the proper functioning of ECs occurs through its interaction with the agreement, goingfrom the following experiences: trainings, corrections projects, on-site assessments,and interventions with the coordinator of the agreement, such as contact via e-mail andtelephone, meeting and personal relationships.
