The research seeks to understand the curricular structure of the degree courses in a new Federal University at the country side of Minas Gerais, the university extension policies, pedagogical conceptions, and its consistency with the principles in the different stages of development. The bibliographical research was deep, documentary semistructured interview technique and analysis were performed. The data revealed the difficulties for the viability of innovators, such as lack of authorship in the projects, counseling through dialogue and joint training of trainers, and adequate investment in infrastructure, among other projects.Downloads
