Resumen

 

Objetivo: Proponer un marco teórico basado en la Identidad Organizacional, la Sostenibilidad Organizacional y el Sensemaking para desarrollar una Identidad Organizacional Sostenible (IOS).

Metodología: Perspectiva cualitativa-descriptiva siguiendo la guía de Jabareen (2009), que incluye identificar conceptos clave, establecer relaciones, construir diagramas y refinar continuamente.

Originalidad: Resalta la necesidad de una nueva identidad organizacional alineada con demandas de sostenibilidad, frente a la escasez de propuestas conceptuales y metodológicas sobre IOS.

Resultados principales: Se construyó un marco teórico que explica la trayectoria para comprender el concepto, relevancia y papel de la IOS en organizaciones sostenibles, integrando teorías clave.

Contribuciones teóricas: Aborda vacíos conceptuales y metodológicos al definir IOS y su desarrollo.

Contribuciones a la gestión: Define la IOS como guía para decisiones, promoviendo significados compartidos, compromiso colectivo y alternativas para una sostenibilidad organizacional coherente y satisfactoria.

Luciano Munck, Universidade Estadual de Londrina

Es licenciado en Administración de Empresas por la Universidad Federal de Viçosa (1997), máster en Ingeniería de Producción por la UFSC (1999) y doctorado en Administración por la USP (2005). Actualmente es profesor de la UEL y de la PUC/PR.

Lucas Dias Seolin, Universidade Estadual de Londrina

Tiene una Maestría en Administración de la Universidad Estadual de Londrina (UEL). MBA en Gestión Ejecutiva por el Centro Universitario Barão de Mauá (CBM). Postgrado en Derecho y Tecnología de la Universidad del Norte de Paraná (UNOPAR). Licenciada en Derecho por la Facultad de Derecho de Alta Paulista (FADAP/SP) y Licenciada en Comunicación Social con énfasis en Relaciones Públicas por la Universidad Estadual de Londrina (UEL). Tiene experiencia en el sector público y privado. Experiencia en el área de ciencias sociales aplicadas, con énfasis en áreas del derecho, administración, comunicación y temas interdisciplinarios, como responsabilidad social y sustentabilidad. Abogada, asesora de comunicación/marketing y profesora-tutora. Es autor y coautor de artículos en eventos y revistas académicas. También impartió conferencias y materiales de estudio, además de trabajar en educación a distancia (EAD) en diferentes componentes curriculares. Miembro de la Asociación de Abogados de Brasil (OAB). Miembro de la Agencia Conecte Comunicação (Asesor). Miembro de GEPEcS (grupo de investigación en Gestión, Competencia y Sostenibilidad). Actualmente está interesado en los siguientes temas: gestión estratégica, marketing y comunicación, branding, comunicación digital, negociación, cumplimiento, derecho digital, diseño legal, ESG y sostenibilidad.
