Recriando a função financeira no contexto da globalização

The emergence of the environmental variable, as a competitive differential of third millennium organizations, stimulates positively the financial function recreation. The building of sound company assets has as its basic presupposition the anticipation, recognition and managementof financial risks as a way to avoid fines and other sanctions stated in the legislation. Financial administrators, in a globalized world in which the economic variable is preponderant, should beaware of the transcendence of their new functions. The specific content of these functions should not be relegated to the background but, instead, be adjusted to a new reality in which the recreation of the financial function is an imperative and the emergence of the environmental variable is a catalystfor the change.
