The search for survival before world-wide market, allied to the influence of new technologies, has obliged managers to promote changes in the organizational culture. In this context, the present article has as its objective to discuss the search for flexible management models stemming from changes in organizational culture and based on entrepreneurship. It is an exploratory study, with a qualitative nature, undertaken through bibliographical research. Initially it approaches the necessity of flexible management models in the environment of the organizations. Then it discusses changes in the organizational culture. Afterwards it presents the meaning and importance of entrepreneurship. Finally it approaches interfaces between flexible management models and changes in the organizational culture based on entrepreneurship.Downloads
