Main Article Content
Abstract
Goal: To provide a synthesis of the literature on stakeholder relationship strategies and practices, exploring their contributions to sustainable organizational development. Design/Methodology/Approach: This is a systematic integrative literature review to analyze the state of the art on the subject by searching Scopus, Web of Science (WOS), and the Brazilian Digital Database of Theses and Dissertations (BDTD) databases. Results: The thematic analysis of the data made it possible to identify 29 organizational strategies and practices that are essential to sustainable organizational development. They are related to six themes and twelve sub-themes, described as follows: theme: Knowledge Management (sub-themes: ethics and transparency; development and innovation), Organizational Sustainability (conservation of resources; sustainable policies), Employee Engagement and Well-Being (organizational culture; health and balance at work), Innovation and Digital Transformation (empowerment and innovation; human-computer interaction), Organizational Culture and Diversity (stakeholder engagement; and leadership and communication), Collaborative Networks and Strategic Partnerships (collaboration and sharing; corporate social responsibility) Originality/Value: As a result, this study breaks new ground by exploring the complex interrelationships between organizational strategies and practices and their impact on sustainable organizational development, with a particular focus on the crucial role of stakeholders, an aspect that has been little explored.
