Abstract

The “Opened” Conception in Teaching Physical Education in the Brazilian schools has indicated that the lessons should be guided to the students, the process, the investigation and the communication (Pedagogical Work group UFPe-UFSM, 1991). This paper has the objective to open new meanings for the understanding of such indications, which are cited by the authors as the orientations that summarize the Conception of Open Lessons. As an explorer-descriptive methodology, the art of understanding (hermeneutic) was used. From the dialogues with the theoretical references that we used, a “new” didactic-pedagogical legitimation was opened, for the understanding of the “Open to the Experiences Lessons “: the education guided in the symbolic interaction. Keywords: student; process; investigation; communication; symbolic interaction; Open Lessons; school Physical Education
