Marx’s Method and the Teaching Method of the Historical-Critical Pedagogy: A critical dialog

The article suggests that it would be possible to find in Marx two methods of investigation: the method of critique of political economy and Marx’s method. The former was presented in draft form in the text The Method of Political Economy, and developed in The Capital, and the latter was briefly presented in the preface of A Contribution to the Critique of Political Economy, and partially developed during the life of theory production of the author. However, the text shows that in reality, they are not two methods, but only one, which is Marx's method, since the method of critique of political economy is the method of apprehending the material basis of the social form of the capital and, thus, an inseparable part of it. Next, it establishes a critical dialog with the teaching method of Historical-Critical Pedagogy and concludes with some remarks on the political meaning of the Marxian method.
