Entrepreneurial action in elementary education: Entrepreneurship initiatives in a public school from Uberlândia-MG

Research Objective: To analyze the implementation of entrepreneurial actions in a public state basic education school in the municipality of Uberlândia, in the Triângulo Mineiro region.
Theoretical Framework: The article presents entrepreneurship in the public sector from an entrepreneurial action perspective, specifically within the educational context.
Methodology: This is a qualitative research study conducted through semi-structured interviews, documentary research, and non-participant observation. Content analysis was adopted as the data collection technique.
Results: The results indicate that the implementation of entrepreneurial actions led to greater institutional visibility, collective and interdisciplinary work, improved student performance, and the development of skills, autonomy, and creativity.
Originality: The paper analysis the development of entrepreneurial actions and projects in a public school, highlighting its particularities, repercussions, and impacts.
Theoretical and Practical Contributions: The theoretical contributions are the articulation between entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial actions within the context of education. The practical contributions reflect the structuring of projects that encourage the use of active methodologies, the exchange of experiences, and the development of innovative activities of a pedagogical and school management nature.
