The organic cotton production chain provides environmental benefits and the inclusion of workers in the market. However, there are several challenges imposed on its activities. Thus, the chains need to dialogue with their stakeholders in search of better working conditions. The objective of the research is to highlight the contributions of dialogues between stakeholders to the organic cotton production chain, based on the case study of the Justa Trama cooperative, formed by production links located in different Brazilian regions. The research has a qualitative approach and data collected from semi-structured interviews with stakeholders in the production links. Data analysis was performed by categorical content analysis. It was concluded that Justa Trama promotes its dialogues, which provide learning, transparency, problem solving and social, economic and environmental benefits for its stakeholders, based on actions in the production chain. The benefits of dialoguing also generate incentives to continue the dialogues.
