Abstract

This article is aimed at presenting a work based upon literature revision in the following areas: Information Society, Interaction Human-Computer and Digital Inclusion in the eyes of
Information Science. It is about an evaluation of Brazilian Government research sites, which were selected among federative entities with high and low degree of digital inclusion, taking into
account the data of Digital Exclusion Map of Fundação Getúlio Vargas. In short, this work shows that the research sites designed to offer public service and disseminate information in the
web are still ineffective in terms of universalization of information.
