The professional librarian as manager of people

This work aimed to motivate the professional librarian to assume inside of the Libraries or Documentation Centers, people manager activities. Some aspects related to the administration of people are revised by simple way, in order to facilitate the development of techniques and of the adaptation of the methodology in this activity. The proposed condition seeks to promote the reflection and supply subsidies the accomplishment of the propagation of this activity at the information institutions.
