ANALYSIS OF ACADEMIC PRODUCTION ON INNOVATION, MINDSET AND SOCIAL REPRESENTATIONS: SYSTEMATIVE REVIEW AND BIBLIOMETRY

Abstract

Goal: the objective of this article is to analyze the academic production related to the themes/constructs: innovation, social representations and mindset.


Design?Methodology?Approach: this research is characterized as exploratory, descriptive, carried out through a systematic literature review and a bibliometric analysis.


Results: the results indicate that the most used methodological approach in the selected articles is the quantitative one and most of the articles are written by 2 authors. The authors with the highest number of citations according to the theme are, namely: (i) Dweck, C. S., mindset and innovation; (ii) Mocovici, S., social representations and (iii) Amabile, T. M., innovation. In Brazil, the federation unit with the highest number of publications on the themes/construct is São Paulo and the Universidade Nove de Julho (UNINOVE) is the Higher Education Institution - IES and with the highest frequency of publications.


Originality?Value: the originality of the study is confirmed by the lack of academic productions related to the themes/constructs.
