POLÍTICA PÚBLICA DE ESPORTE ESCOLAR E EDUCAÇÃO FÍSICA ESCOLAR: entre a inclusão social e a busca por talentos esportivos, tendo como pano de fundo o Programa Estadual Esporte Escolar de Santa Catarina

Abstract

This paper searches for a description and analysis about the State Program of Sports at School in a public school environment, being it localized on a comunity predominantly poor. By a documental and theoretical analysis, it is intended to be guided a consideration about this Public Policy of the Sports at School, held by the State Government of Santa Catarina. We understand that this program has as a goal to support children in social and personnel risk situation, being them attending or not a school-holding environment so we can make clear some doubts and mistakes related to the using of sports as a tool in a child development proccess. During this research it was made clear the necessity of a more theoretical focus in the relations among the several social status that make this situation. Seeing that as a necessity, we searched for datas that would allow us to comprehend the relations among school, public government and the risk situation during the childhood and adolescence
