A conduta ética dos arquivistas participantes do serviço de informação ao cidadão em universidades federais da região sul

Estudo sobre a percepção ética dos arquivistas que compõem o quadro de pessoal permanente das universidades federais da região sul do Brasil e participantes em equipe de Serviço de Informação ao Cidadão. Objetiva conhecer a conduta dos profissionais quanto ao cumprimento da Lei de Acesso à Informação - 12.527/2011. Expõe como problemática a análise de estratégias e meios pelos quais se dá o atendimento a procedimentos éticos, a fim de consentir o direito de acesso à informação pública para todos. Explicita aspectos sobre a informação, os arquivos, a cidadania, a lei brasileira de acesso à informação e a ética profissional. Teoricamente, a pesquisa fundamenta-se no construcionismo e configuracionismo social, ao lado da teoria das representações sociais, caracterizando-se como pesquisa qualitativa. A metodologia aplicada considera a utilização do Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo como instrumento de apoio à coleta, tratamento e análise de dados. Os resultados demonstram uma implementação parcial da Lei de Acesso à Informação, refletindo no comportamento dos servidores públicos. Estes se preocupam, de modo limitado, com o fato de que, ao transferirem informação para a sociedade, influenciam no discernimento e comportamento social dos indivíduos; firmam-se na ética do dever, desempenhando suas atividades devido à obrigação, e não de maneira reflexiva.Downloads
