Abstract

The analysis of the implications and the kind of legislation that took place during the colonial period in Spanish around the indigenous work America is the purpose of this article, where also shown certain continuities and changes in the way he was given the use and exploitation of indigenous labour, as well as the destiempos in lessen such exploitation through legislation that would protect one
of the most important riches of the Indian, who was the labour force.
