Abstract

It contains, on a summarized form, the theory of signs on percian Semiotics context. After some discussions, it shows the difference between information and knowledge, as much in the point of view of language, as of cognoscenti subject. It is evidenced, on the literature of this area, an incomplete broach of these concepts for the unfamiliarity of theoretician requirements of language. The information and the knowledge, understood as a linguistic demonstration, are submitted to some attributes that characterize and organize them, on the language point of view, however in one, however in another. It is concluded, that the knowledge phenomenon on the medias society is organized in speeches and materialized on symbolic forms, not being incorrect, therefore, to speak in a “knowledge organization”.
