This issue of the Mundos do Trabalho Journal marks the end of the first management, which began in 2009 and was tasked with creating and structuring the journal. Mundos do Trabalho has attracted high-level contributions from all over Latin America and other regions, such as Europe, Africa and North America. The thematic and regional diversity, as well as the international articulation of researchers, have contributed to its growing visibility and relevance. Furthermore, the journal, available online and with free access, enhances debates and fosters academic exchange. Despite financial challenges, it has consolidated itself through the collaboration of the members of the Mundos do Trabalho WG and the commitment of its editors.
