Mundos do Trabalho: Challenges and Perspectives

In 2019, the journal Mundos do Trabalho, upon completing 10 years and 20 published issues, implemented significant changes, including the adoption of a continuous publication system, replacing the biannual periodicity. This transition significantly increased the volume of work, resulting in the publication of 30 texts and more than 700 pages in volume 11 (2019), with considerable financial costs and human effort. Despite this, continuous publication allows for greater agility in the dissemination of research.
