This article traces the ideas and the polices effectively implemented from the Work Accident Law between 1915 and 1955 in Argentine. The sanction and implementation of this law allow us to consider the changes and continuities that were introduced in worker healthcare ́s technical discussions. Thus, this article shows the relations among state agencies and professionals through an array of institutional sources, professional magazines and jurisprudence.
